One bedroom villa with fan, size 5x5 square meters has queen size bedroom with separate private bathroom (sunken bathtub). Fan, outside terrace garden, mosquito net, slipper, separate outdoor shower and mini bar. Ideally occupied by 2 persons maximum.

Standard ocean View: from Rp. 850,000

The Tanis Suite: from Rp. 900,000
The Tanis Suite (1 unit) size 5 X 7 square meters has 1 king size bed, private bathroom facilities, sunken bathtub, Air conditioning, mini bar ideally occupied for 2 person.


Two Bedroom Villas: from Rp. 1,200,000
Two bedrooms villas with AC ( 2 units). Size  5 X5 square meters has two king size bedrooms with separate private bathroom (sunken bathtub) and Air conditioning, outside terrace and garden, mini bar. Ideally occupied by 4 persons maximum.



Terms and Conditions:

    * All above rates are inclusive 21% government tax and services.
    * Room rates are included daily breakfast.
    * Check In time at 14:00 pm and Check Out time at 12:00 pm
    * Day use is subject to room availability and will be charged at 50% of the contract rate.
    * Extra bed provided Rp.200,000
    * Peak season surcharge (December 15th to January 15th) at Rp. 100.000
       per room, per night.
    * High season surcharge (July 1st  to August 31st ) Rp. 100.000 per room per night.
    * Children under 5 years old will be sharing room with parents in existing bed and it
       will be free of charge.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

    * Cancellation penalty equivalent to one nights accommodation will be charged if
       the cancellation is made less than five days prior to arrival date, no show or
       early check out.

    *  In the event that written notice is not received within the time limit stated or if
        the guest is a no show, one day charge will be applied automatically.

    *  All cancelations are also due an admin charge and any bank charges.
